- Contact Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number.
- User Content: Goals, progress, habits, and "Other User Content" you create.
- Media: Photos or Videos you may upload (e.g., profile pictures).
- Communications: Data related to Emails or Text Messages sent through the platform's features.
